1. Cancellations

Because items are personalised, cancellations are only possible before printing begins.

2. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • We made a printing error

3. Refunds

If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
